Welcome to M Studio. By accessing or using our AI-powered film production platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and M Studio. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

M Studio provides an AI-powered platform for:

• Creating and managing film storyboards
• Generating AI images, videos, and audio
• Script writing and scene breakdown
• Collaborative project management
• Exporting and sharing creative content

The Service utilizes third-party AI providers including Google (Imagen, Veo, Gemini), OpenAI, and ElevenLabs to power generation features.

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

M Studio offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have limited features and usage quotas. Paid plans provide additional features, higher quotas, and priority support.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service, including scripts, storyboards, images, videos, and audio files.

5.2 License Grant

By using the Service, you grant M Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI features is owned by you and may be used for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of our third-party AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content including content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate deepfakes or deceptive media without disclosure
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by M Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

M Studio and related logos are trademarks of M Studio. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

The Service integrates with third-party providers for AI generation, payment processing, and file storage. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms:

We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M Studio, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your content before termination.

Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
