This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered film production platform.
By using M Studio, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not use our services.

When you create an account or use our services, we may collect:

- Cloudflare R2 — file storage
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads — analytics and advertising measurement
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API — advertising measurement and campaign optimization
- Microsoft Clarity — analytics and session replay
- Reddit Ads, X Ads, and OpenAI Ads — advertising measurement when those integrations are enabled

Your files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 with private access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use analytics and advertising cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies from services such as Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity, Reddit, X, and OpenAI Ads to understand how people find and use M Studio and to measure signups and purchases.
For server-side conversion measurement, we may send advertising platforms limited event data such as hashed email or phone number, click IDs, browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, approximate location from Cloudflare visitor-location headers, event names, transaction IDs, currency, and purchase value. Location values such as city, region, and postal code are used as event context and are not stored as separate user profile fields.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and use platform-level ad preference tools offered by Google, Meta, Reddit, X, OpenAI, and other advertising providers.
8. Children's privacy
M Studio is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. SMS and text message program
This section describes the text message program operated by Mstudio AI Inc., the company behind both modelslab.com and M Studio. It applies in addition to the rest of this policy.
Program name and what we send
The program is called mStudio Script Call. It is a conversational program, not a recurring marketing list. If you ask us to call you about your film script, we may text you to confirm the time of the call you requested, to remind you shortly before it, and to tell you we tried to reach you and could not.
How you opt in
You opt in only by submitting the request-a-call form at mstudio.ai/book-a-call or modelslab.com/book-a-call, or by giving your number on one of our lead forms carrying the same wording. The form has two separate consent checkboxes, one for calls and one for texts. Neither is ticked in advance, and the form cannot be submitted unless you tick both yourself. The wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and the page URL are recorded against your enquiry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity. In practice you should expect no more than four messages for each call you request. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to stop — reply STOP
Cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. We will send one confirmation that you are unsubscribed and then nothing further. You can also opt out by saying "do not call" on any call, or by contacting us at https://mstudio.ai/support.
How to get help — reply HELP
Reply HELP or INFO to any message. You can also reach us at https://mstudio.ai/support, or by email at support [at] mstudio.ai. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and your consent are never sold
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, or the consent you gave to be contacted, with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your number reaches only the providers who deliver the messages and calls for us, and only so that they can deliver them. Nothing in the Third-Party Services section above should be read to permit the sale or sharing of mobile opt-in data.
Automated and AI-assisted calls
Where you separately ticked the box consenting to phone calls, some of those calls may be placed automatically and handled by an AI-assisted voice agent. The agent identifies itself at the start of the call. You may end the call at any time, and asking not to be called again stops all further calls. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can act on what you asked for; you are told this at the start of the call.
