1. Overview

At M Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on subscription charges and pay-as-you-go credits.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not exceeded 20% of your monthly AI generation limits
  • This is your first refund request for M Studio

2.2 Pro-Rated Refunds

After the 7-day window, we may offer pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Significant service disruptions

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • AI generations already consumed (images, videos, voice, SFX)
  • Subscription renewals after the first 7 days
  • Pay-as-you-go charges for completed generations
  • Enterprise custom plans (subject to separate agreement)

3. Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Pay-as-you-go charges are billed per generation and are generally non-refundable once the generation has been completed successfully.

Exceptions may be made for:

  • Failed generations that still resulted in charges
  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Generations with significant quality issues (reviewed case-by-case)

4. How to Request a Refund

Steps to Request a Refund

  1. Join Discord and open a ticket in the #refunds channel
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. If applicable, include any relevant screenshots or error messages

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 additional days)

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days.

Refund: A refund returns payment to you and immediately terminates your subscription. All generated content remains in your account but generation capabilities will be limited to free tier.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by emailing us with additional information
  • Contact us via Discord for real-time discussion
  • Dispute the charge through your payment provider (note: chargebacks may result in account suspension)
