Team Collaboration
Work together on film projects with your team.
Creating a Team
- Go to Settings > Teams
- Click "Create Team"
- Enter team name
- You're automatically the owner
Inviting Members
- Open your team settings
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Choose their role
- They'll receive an invite email
Team Roles
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control, billing, delete team |
| Admin | Manage members, all project access |
| Member | Create and edit projects |
| Viewer | View-only access |
Sharing Projects
Projects can be:
- Personal - Only you can access
- Team - All team members can access
To share with team:
- Open project settings
- Change ownership to team
- All members can now access
Collaborative Editing
When working together:
- Changes sync in real-time
- Comments for communication
- Version history tracks who changed what
Team Quotas
Teams share the owner's subscription limits:
- All usage counts against owner's quota
- Monitor usage in team dashboard
- Consider upgrading for larger teams
